    We enjoyed your professionalism.  You were able to get out a stain, which really bothered my husband!  You couldn’t get it at first, and then my husband thought it might be rust—so you ran right out and got the specific cleaner and re-did the spot again.  …It was GONE!  You exceeded my expectations.  Absolutely, you gave our carpet the most thorough cleaning ever!
