Here’s what I enjoyed most about your service: It was such a big job but there seemed to be so little disruption. All of the equipment was so well organized. Everything was so professionally handled. Last fall I had a rather nasty emergency cleaning job that you did so very well. You were there so quickly and you were also very understanding of what was an upsetting time.
