I was particularly pleased with your attention to detail!  You even supplied extra pads to be used under the furniture.  As well you used carpet runners to protect my hardwood when moving your cleaning equipment in and out.  You were friendly, courteous, efficient, and thorough!  And you charged a reasonable price for your excellent work.
