Really went above and beyond

I wanted to thank you for the great job that you did cleaning all of our carpets! However, you really went above and beyond in redoing the small black wool runner that our dog's pee smell was permeating! There is absolutely no smell to it now. I am so grateful- the rug could have been replaced, but it was more that it is sentimental- it reminds me of where our dog lay. Thanks again, and I will continue to recommend your services!  Bye for now.
